I believe passionately in helping people work through lifestyle changes and health improvement goals. The majority of my clients engage in PT to keep strong, fit and healthy. In each session we aim to work hard and develop new skills and improve strength, as well as have fun! I work with a vast array of people with varying goals and individual challenges.
I specialise in healthy weight management using sustainable, long lasting methods. I use weight training as a tool to empower and develop strength both mentally and physically. I also have a passion for using exercise as a condition management tool - especially the management of back pain and mental health issues.
