UPLIFT: Women’s Only Strength Classes
Learn how to lift weights safely and develop overall strength and wellness. Learn compound, multi -joint movements such as the squat, deadlift and bench press. All abilities and ages welcome. Come and train in a safe and inclusive environment for women. Evening, lunchtime and daytime classes available.
