Learn how to lift weights safely and develop overall strength and wellness. Learn compound, multi -joint movements such as the squat, deadlift and bench press. All abilities and ages welcome. Come and train in a safe and inclusive environment for women.  Evening, lunchtime and daytime classes available.

Learn the Snatch and the Clean and Jerk in a friendly and encouraging environment. Each session will involve a mobility warm up followed by drills and exercises to help you perfect both lifts. A programme is given for those that would like to do extra strength work outside of the session.

Sessions take place at Ufit:

6pm Tuesday and Thursday

Our youth weightlifting classes cover the fundamentals of Olympic Weightlifting, teaching the Snatch and Clean and Jerk as well as strength training and conditioning. Children develop their skills at a pace suitable for their age and skill level. 

Sessions take place at Ufit:

Beginner Sessions take place 4:30pm - 5:45pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday. 

Coached by: Matt and Rhys. 

Each session is 75-minutes.

Learn how to lift weights safely and proficiently in an inclusive, non-intimidating space. Learn the fundamental movements of strength training; the squat, bench and deadlift, alongside appropriate warm-up drills and other accessory movements.

The course takes place at an off-peak time, whereby there are fewer members in the facility- we know how scary it can be stepping inside a gym for the first time!
