Women’s only Strength Class

Two sessions a week with coaching and programming by former British Powerlifting Champion and European medallist, Sabrina Moore.

Come along and develop your Squat, Bench and Deadlift. Programming is provided to all lifters who attend the sessions.

Powerlifting Club

Come along and develop your Squat, Bench and Deadlift.  Programming is provided to all lifters who attend the sessions. Structured testing sessions to track your own progression and development. Taken by Coach Tom,

3 sessions a week, open to both men and women of any age or ability.

Olympic Lifting

A coach-led group training session teaching the basics of the snatch and the clean and jerk.
Two classes a week, each one focussing on the technicalities of one specific lift.  

When: 6pm Tuesday (Snatch Class)   6pm Thursday ( Clean and Jerk)

40+ Class

Learn how to exercise safely and develop overall strength and wellness. Learn compound multi-joint movements such as the Squat,  deadlift and bench press. We have a women’s only sessions and Male only sessions on the timetable.

They are available on a Monday and Wednesday at 8pm with one of our female personal trainers.
