Two sessions a week with coaching and programming by former British Powerlifting Champion and European medallist, Sabrina Moore.
Come along and develop your Squat, Bench and Deadlift. Programming is provided to all lifters who attend the sessions.

Olympic LiftingA coach-led group training session teaching the basics of the snatch and the clean and jerk.
Two classes a week, each one focussing on the technicalities of one specific lift.
When: 6pm Tuesday (Snatch Class) 6pm Thursday ( Clean and Jerk)
Learn how to exercise safely and develop overall strength and wellness. Learn compound multi-joint movements such as the Squat, deadlift and bench press. We have a women’s only sessions and Male only sessions on the timetable.

Parents Strength Sessions

Train independently or book yourself in for a PT session while your son/daughter takes part in our Youth or Mini sessions.
