Small Group PT

  • Small group training is a great way to get all the benefits of Personal training at a fraction of the cost. We have group sessions available in the evenings and mornings, simply drop us a message, or give us a call to find out more.

Early riser, busy schedule, or Parent?

6AM Group Sessions: We have set group sessions on a Monday/ Wednesday & Tuesday/ Thursday. Join in with current clients or create your own group of friends to train together twice a week.

Parent Strength Sessions: Book yourself in for a PT or Small group PT session while your son or daughter comes along to our Youth Weightlifting sessions.

Mon - 4:45-6pm, Tues - 4:30-5:45pm, Wed- 4:45-6pm, Thurs - 4:30-5:45pm
Sat - 9-10:15am
